Brawley Property Management has been in business since 1988 and offers services to home owners who do not have the time or live out of the area to rent out the home. What We Do
Brawley Property Management does a screening process on all applicants. We do all advertising on vacant units at no cost to the owners. We collect rents on a monthly basis. We provide owners with an itemized spread sheet on a monthly basis. Owners are contacted for any cosmetic issues concerning their property; however we reserve the right to take care of any electrical, plumbing or heating and any other emergency situations immediately. In any other circumstances, we process all service orders for general maintenance and repairs for our property owners unit without any mark-up for such service.Call Us Today!
