Brawely Property Management offers a service of quality care for your rental home. We do screen tenants as thoroughly as possible and require Security Deposits.
Dependability
Brawley Property Management uses the office telephone and cell phones to remain in contact in the event of an emergency. Emergency Services also has our numbers on file for use if necessary.Privacy
Brawley Property Management does not release any information regarding Owners or Tenants without written permission from either.
Versatility
We also do management for Home Owners Associations. This includes collecting dues, sending out letters regarding late pays and late fees. We set up yard care (mowing, weeding and fertilizing) and snow removal. If necessary we also set up sanitation services. We have a list of professionals (that we use and are happy with their results) that are capable of handling roofing and sprinklers.
